 good for you and try to stop you seeing them

❤️They ask about your day and show interest in what you are doing

🚩They want to know your every move and check your phone every time they see you

❤️They are supportive and want you to achieve your goals

🚩They say you don’t need to work as they will look after you financially

❤️They want to have open conversations about the relationship

🚩They say if you ever leave them, they will harm themselves

Coercive control can be hard to spot. Don’t ignore the red flags.
